Home / Guides / What Happens to Payments When You End Your Agreement

Introduction

Ending your agreement doesn't forfeit earnings you're already owed. Section 5 of the agreement is specific about what happens to outstanding payments once termination takes effect.

Key Points

  • Starkworth calculates and pays any Net Earnings owed up to the effective date of termination.
  • That final payment goes out on the next scheduled payment date — the normal Wednesday cycle, not immediately.
  • Section 4 (as to earnings already accrued) survives termination, meaning it still applies to that final payment.
  • Confidentiality (Section 12), Data Protection (Section 13), Limitation of Liability (Section 15), and Governing Law (Section 19) also survive termination.
