For Account Owners

You review the full terms and conditions, then sign a digital agreement setting out the exact profit split percentage and payment timeline. Starkworth manages your account against those agreed terms, and every payout is tracked and reported against the percentages in your signed agreement.

A valid ID for verification and a laptop for a short live screening session. You don't need any prior experience with AI freelance platforms — Starkworth walks you through the entire process, from account setup to daily management.

Every Wednesday by 3:00 PM (CST), for as long as your agreement is active, based on the percentage split stated in your signed agreement.

For Annotators

Fill in the registration form with your details and preferred payment method. Starkworth reviews applications and responds within 48 hours.

Approved Annotators are paid weekly, every Wednesday by 3:00 PM (CST), based on task performance and input on the account, as set out in the registration agreement.

No — the registration form simply asks about any prior experience so Starkworth can match you appropriately. Everyone is reviewed on the same basis.

Payments & Security

Bank transfer and PayPal are both supported, with other methods considered case by case. You choose your preferred method during registration.

Bank account numbers, PayPal emails, and wallet addresses are never collected on a public form. Those details are only added after your application is approved, inside your authenticated dashboard. Read the full Privacy Policy for more detail.

Access is restricted to authorized Starkworth staff. Your information is never sold to third parties.

General

Starkworth manages AI data-annotation accounts on behalf of Account Owners under a signed profit-sharing agreement, while Annotators do the work and are paid weekly for it.

An Annotator is a person who registers with Starkworth, gets approved, and performs AI data-annotation tasks — labeling images, text, audio, or video according to a platform's guidelines — on a Starkworth-managed account. Annotators don't own or manage the account itself; that's the Account Owner's role. Instead, Annotators are paid weekly based on their task performance and input, every Wednesday by 3:00 PM (CST), as set out in their registration agreement.

Referral Program

An ongoing 5% override on your referral's weekly earnings, for as long as their account or registration stays active. It's paid on top of your own payout — it doesn't reduce what the person you referred earns. Both Account Owners and Annotators can refer, and there's no cap on how many people you refer or how long the override lasts. Starkworth staff members referring someone earn 10% instead of the standard 5% — see below.

Yes — Starkworth staff members earn 10% on a referral's weekly earnings, double the standard 5% rate, on the same ongoing, uncapped, every-Wednesday basis as any other referral.

There's no separate referral link or code yet — have the person you're referring mention your name or email when they register or sign their agreement, then confirm the referral with our team via Contact so it's linked to your payouts correctly.

Same schedule as everything else — every Wednesday by 3:00 PM (CST), alongside your regular payout, for as long as the person you referred stays active.

Legal Disclaimer

This is Starkworth's official Operational Disclaimer — the same notice shown before you sign the profit-sharing agreement or register as an Annotator.

Based on the analysis of the operational structure of Starkworth LLC based on documents provided and information available on the official website of the company, Starkworth functions as a management layer between individual account holders and third-party AI freelance platforms, utilizing a profit-sharing model.

To protect the interests of the company while maintaining the "transparent and fair" ethos described in your materials, I have drafted a comprehensive disclaimer. This statement addresses the inherent risks of third-party platform dependency, the nature of the profit-sharing relationship, and the jurisdictional boundaries of the entity.

Starkworth LLC provides specialized management and operational services for AI data-annotation accounts. Starkworth acts as a service provider and manager under a profit-sharing framework and does not establish a direct employer-employee relationship with Account Owners.

No. While Starkworth strives to provide "consistent weekly earning opportunities" and manages accounts "professionally," all earnings are contingent upon the volume of work available on third-party AI freelance platforms and the successful completion of tasks. Testimonials regarding payout consistency represent individual experiences and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance or specific income levels for any participant.

Starkworth's operations are conducted on external, third-party freelance platforms. Starkworth LLC is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these platforms. Consequently, Starkworth cannot be held liable for actions taken by these third-party platforms, including but not limited to account suspensions or terminations, changes in platform terms of service or algorithmic shifts, and technical outages or delays in payment processing originating from the platform.

Account Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the identification provided for verification and for their personal performance during required "live screening sessions" mandated by the AI platforms. Failure to pass platform-mandated screenings may prevent the commencement of the profit-sharing agreement.

No. The information provided by Starkworth LLC, including guides and FAQ materials, is for operational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. All participants are encouraged to review the formal, legally binding profit-sharing agreement and terms of service before signing.

Note: While this disclaimer is based on the provided sources, I would also note that such a statement is standard practice for "Account Management as a Service" (AMaaS) models to mitigate liability regarding the volatility of the underlying freelance platforms.

Also While this disclaimer is tailored based on the provided sources and my professional expertise, you may want to have it reviewed by a lawyer practicing in the state of Alabama (AL) to ensure it aligns with the most recent directives from the Common Access Card (CAC) regarding foreign entities operating digitally.
