Two separate questions live in Section 18: can the terms of your agreement change, and can the agreement itself be transferred to someone else? The answers protect you from unilateral changes while allowing Starkworth some flexibility around business changes.
No — amendment requires a new written agreement signed by both Parties.
Not without Starkworth's prior written consent — that's different from simply ending the agreement, which you can do with 7 days' notice.
Starkworth can assign the agreement in that scenario, but the new party must agree to honour its existing terms.
