Home / Guides / What Happens During Onboarding: The Four-Step Flow

Introduction

The Account Owner Portal displays your onboarding progress as four visible steps, so you always know exactly where you are in the process. Here's what happens at each one.

Key Points

  • Step 1 — Sign In: create or access your Account Owner Portal login.
  • Step 2 — Read Terms: review the full profit-sharing agreement at your own pace.
  • Step 3 — Sign Agreement: complete the signature form with your details and draw your signature.
  • Step 4 — Done: your agreement is submitted, and your portal login is ready to use.

What Happens After Step 4

Once you've signed, you can sign back in through the Account Owner Portal any time — you'll now land directly on your Account Owner Dashboard instead of being asked to sign again, since your agreement is already on file.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — your sign-in step is saved; you can return to read the terms and sign whenever you're ready.

Those happen alongside this flow as platform-mandated requirements, separate from the four Portal steps.

If you're signing in again after already completing your agreement, you should land on your Dashboard, not the agreement flow — if that's not happening, contact Support.
